There is a moment in the life of every neighborhood when its skyline becomes a sentence — and Edgewater is now beginning to compose one of its own. With Spectre Miami, Martinez Developments has chosen architecture as its verb: a 138-residence tower designed not as a building but as a singular sculptural object, fluid and intentional, rising at the precise line where the Design District meets Biscayne Bay.

Curved balconies cascade through a dark glass facade, woven with greenery that softens every floor. By day, the tower reads as monolithic; at dusk, it appears to breathe. It is, by any reading, a new vocabulary for Miami's residential skyline.

02 — Vision

A new silhouette on the skyline.

Spectre's architectural brief reads more like a studio statement than a developer's program: futuristic, fluid forms; a cinematic night facade; an iconic silhouette positioned as Edgewater's new landmark. The tower is conceived as a single monolithic form — structure, envelope, balconies and planting all integrated as one expression.

  • 01 · Curved Balconies

Fluid, futuristic forms cascading the full height.

  • 02 · Dark Glass Facade

Cinematic lighting woven into the envelope.

  • 03 · Iconic Silhouette

A landmark gesture for the Edgewater corridor.

  • 04 · Monolithic Form

Envelope, structure and greenery as one object.

03 — The Arrival

A lobby that breathes.

Travertine columns rise like roots beneath a canopy of suspended light. A living wall — sculpted, glowing, alive — frames the Spectre mark, set in motion by the day's last light. The arrival sequence is not designed to impress; it is designed to lower the temperature of the city before the elevator opens.

04 — The Collection

Rituals of light.

Four signature spaces — composed for the hours of the day, from first light to the city at midnight. A tropical-inspired pool, a spa-style fitness center, a private lounge above the skyline, and a colonnaded court for padel and pickleball. The amenity program is curatorial rather than recreational; it edits the day rather than fills it.
